19U Program
The 19U program is run by our Area 11L. The games are mostly played in South Orange County from Lake Forest to San Clemente, with some games in other local Orange County cities. The teams are placed into two flights of teams. The top two teams in the top pool have the opportunity to move on to the Sectional Playoffs.

Description
Season Length
The season runs from September until the middle of November. Some travel is required as most games are played throughout South Orange County cities, with some games in other local Orange County regions.
Time Commitment
One weekly 90-minute practice in the evening on lighted fields (depending on coach's schedule) and weekly Saturday games, along with a few Sunday games. 19U plays two 45-minute halves.
Equipment
Each player will be given a uniform consisting of jersey, shorts, and socks.

, which includes Safe Sport, Live Scan fingerprinting, Concussion Awareness, and Cardiac Arrest Awareness.

Game Format
11 v 11, under a modified FIFA rule system
Two 45-minute halves
Games are played with free substitution with the intention of all players playing at least 50% of each game.
Team Formation
Teams are formed via a draft. Player ratings are provided to all coaches prior to the draft.
Maximum 22 players per team roster.
