AYSO Region 84 Fall Program
The Fall Core Program is available for U4-U19 players. During the fall season AYSO Region 84 services approximately 2,000 players on 200 teams. Hosting this many players and teams requires a lot of volunteers. Each team has a registered volunteer coach who is age appropriate certified. Teams participate in a season of weekly games held on the weekends, as well as practices during the week. AYSO programs are run by volunteers - we welcome and encourage you to volunteer in some capacity for your child's team.
The number of players chosen in each division will depend on the number of qualified coaches available for spring, as well as field availability. Please note that placement on a team is not guaranteed, but you will be refunded your registration fees if your player is not able to be placed on a team.
The 2024 Fall program begins practices near Labor Day, with first games that Saturday.
- Our 4U - 8U divisions play games through mid-November.
- 9U and above regular season games are played until the end of October. Eligible teams will then compete in our playoffs taking place over the following two weeks.

REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL SEASON IS NOW OPEN - LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO REGISTER
The Fall Core Program is OPEN REGISTRATION and available for all players born between 2006 and 2021. (If you tried out for and were selected to play on an Extra Play advanced team, do not register for this program; you will receive an email about registration.) The Fall Core season runs from late August to mid November, with playoffs afterwards for 9U and above.
AYSO is a 100% volunteer organization. During the Fall season, AYSO Region 84 has approximately 2,000 players on 200 teams. Hosting this many players and teams requires a lot of volunteers. Each team has a registered volunteer coach who is age appropriate certified. Teams participate in a season of weekly games held on the weekends, as well as practices during the week for most divisions. We welcome and encourage you to volunteer in some capacity for your child's team. If you are interested in volunteering to be a coach or referee for your child’s team, AYSO will provide all necessary training. No prior experience necessary.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER AS A COACH AT THE END OF THE PLAYER REGISTRATION PROCESS; VOLUNTEER REFEREE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT THE END OF MAY (we will send out an email when the referee registration is open).

2024 Fall Core Program Fees:
All division fees (except for Playground, see below) are $150/player until June 30, after which point they raise to $185 assuming spots are available, and there will also be the annual $25/player AYSO national player fee in the Fall (you only pay that once a year starting in the Fall regardless of whether you also play additional seasons like Winter and Spring seasons). All players in the Fall season will receive a uniform (shirt, shorts, socks) and a ball.
The Playground division (children born in 2021) is $75/player plus the $25/player national player fee.
We will have a $400 family cap for division fees if you register by June 30, which is NOT inclusive of the $25/player national player fee will be charged on top of that.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
- The $25 AYSO Annual National Player Fee is non-refundable, but you will not have to pay it again if you play in Spring 2025. The $2.75 credit card transaction fee is also non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests received before JULY 1 will result in a FULL REFUND equal to the amount payed for the player; the refund will go back to your credit card.
- Cancellation requests received between JULY 1 and AUGUST 15 will result in a CREDIT (and not a refund) useable for a future season with AYSO Region 84 equal to the amount of the Division Fee payed for the player.
- If a family cap was applied to the Division Fees for your players, any cancellation refund or credit will be reduced to the extent the family cap would no longer apply or apply differently.
- NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER AUGUST 15
